At Exeter Chiefs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official club gear, which is why we offer a 28-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized jerseys and memorabilia are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your online account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a unique return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the completed return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Sandy Park

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier point; we recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
